Anywho, character an an RP on the MangaTutorials forum. His name isn't Scorpio, it's just his codename; his actual name is Vitale Narcissus.

HIS DESIGN WAS SUPPOSED TO BE MODERN.

I just go crazy when I start designing characters, I don't know why. IT'S JUST SO MUCH FUN. Although he looks sorta dorky, hahah.

I'm back into colored in Photoshop rather than SAI. o__O I CAN'T CHOOSE BETWEEN SOFT SHADING AND CELL SHADING. -Facestab- I mean, really, I like them both for what they are but I just... Can't choose. ;A;

Character design is always a blast to do. I have...like, hundreds of characters ;-;
